Up to $95,000.00 per year plus Performance Bonus.

The Opportunity :
You will serve as a specialized field leader, driving the successful execution of complex medical facility electrical and control projects. This role empowers you to take ownership of high-stakes healthcare environments while guiding the next generation of electricians to become elite industry leaders. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Supervise and mentor field crews of 10-20 electrical professionals to ensure high-quality delivery on medical projects valued up to $5M. Manage the daily execution of field work across up to three simultaneous job sites in strict accordance with healthcare safety protocols. Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budgets for regional hospital systems. Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports and safety meetings to ensure total project transparency and compliance. Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays in critical medical environments. Act as the primary field representative for company values of service, trust, care, and ownership within the Utah community.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the medical or healthcare electrical field. Proven ability to lead large crews and execute complex medical electrical work with minimal oversight. Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, specifications, and specialized medical equipment schedules. Active Utah Journeyman Electrician license in good standing. Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated experience servicing the needs of regional hospitals and managing rapid-turnaround service projects. Advanced knowledge of control systems and specialized healthcare installations, including life-safety systems. Experience in mentorship or training junior team members within a formal apprenticeship environment.
