The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various electrical components. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of client's manufacturing processes. Pay is BOE & a higher wage may be available to more highly experienced candidates. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including high voltage and low voltage systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues using precision measuring instruments and calibration tools. Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks effectively. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other technicians on troubleshooting, maintenance & new installation projects for electrical system upgrades. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for system diagnostics and repairs. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role within manufacturing environments. Strong electrical systems' maintenance & installation experience Having an electrical journeyman's license builds the credibility of a candidate's experience in the eyes of the employer, huge plus. Familiarity with distributed control systems (DCS) and calibration techniques. Proficient in using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Military experience related to electrical systems is highly regarded. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers.
