You will leverage your expertise in CNC Mill and Lathe operations to drive production efficiency and ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Configure fixtures, tooling, and attachments to prepare CNC equipment for complex production runs. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs and optimize cutting strategies for maximum output. Monitor and adjust machine parameters, including speed and feed rates, to maintain high-precision tolerances. Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to program and execute precise machining operations. Perform proactive equipment maintenance, including lubrication and tool replacement, to maximize machine uptime. Conduct thorough quality inspections using hand metrology tools to ensure finished parts align with exact specifications. Manage multiple machines simultaneously to maximize throughput and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience operating CNC Mills and Lathes. Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructions. Strong background in CNC machine setup, changeover, and program editing. Demonstrated expertise in precision measurement and hand metrology. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift. Must possess personal set of precision machining tools. Preferred Skills Experience with 5-axis VMC or multi-axis lathe operations. Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills for rapid error correction. Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards in a production environment.
