This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical equipment for long‑term reliability
Ensure all electrical equipment and systems are safe and compliant
Inspect electrical equipment prior to startup and verify readiness for operation
Communicate unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors and coworkers
Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program in compliance with API Specification Q1, 9th Edition
Complete maintenance reports and records accurately and on time
Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required)
4+ years of electrical experience
Knowledge of electrical circuits and codes
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Forklift experience a plus
Valid driver's license required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Work Environment
Rotating shifts
Work at heights and around machinery
Exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and outdoor conditions
Lift 50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally
Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
