The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following: Best practices in early literacy acquisition, understanding of trauma-informed classroom management strategies, ability to work collaboratively on a team, knowledge of a standards-based math curriculum, using formative assessment to plan for instruction, and knowledge of PBIS and Responsive Classroom strategies.
