Role Highlights:

Assist the circulating nurse and surgeon with the care of patients throughout surgical procedures. Maintain a safe, sterile environment for patients under the guidance of qualified operating room personnel. Adhere to all State and Federal healthcare regulations and facility policies. Support the operating room team in preparing equipment, supplies, and instruments. Respond promptly to evolving surgical needs and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

Current Nursing - ORT skills and certification. Strong understanding of surgical asepsis and sterile field maintenance. Team-oriented outlook with excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in an operating room or surgical setting is highly desirable. Ability to remain calm and focused in demanding situations.
