OK United States Description Position Summary:
Coyle Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students. Preferred candidates will have experience implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and be trained in the Science of Reading to ensure strong foundational literacy instruction.Minimum Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate Experience:
Teaching and technology experience -Preferred Specific Training/Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, strong classroom management and knowledge of literacy development Essential Job Functions - (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned as necessary):- Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned to Oklahoma Academic Standards
- Utilize research-based instructional strategies, including Science of Reading practices
- Implement and support MTSS frameworks, including Tier I, II, and III interventions
- Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, interventionists, and special education staff
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents/guardians
- Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by administration
