Elementary Teacher (3rd Grade experience)

Master Minds Academy is looking for DYNAMIC elementary school teachers to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time teaching position working Monday - Friday.

Job Summary:

The elementary school teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an appropriate instructional program for his/her grade level. They will need to create a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Job Duties shall include, but not be limited to the following: Planning, preparing, and delivering instructional activities that facilitate positive learning experience Submitting weekly lesson plans in the approved format to administration Communicating and meeting with parents Encouraging and monitoring the students' progress through progress reports and report cards Managing student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures Teaching in small groups Evaluating and grading homework, assignments, and tests in a timely fashion and providing feedback to students on their performance Maintaining accurate attendance records Attending required staff meetings Performing other duties that may be assigned, from time to time, by the administration Participation in all school events

Qualifications:

1 year of teaching experience in a self-contained classroom preferred Experience teaching Language Arts, Literature, Math, Science and Social Studies Proven class management skills Exceptional communication skills Must have a college degree
