Job Description
Do you believe in building lasting relationships while providing exceptional and professional support, services, and resolutions for a variety of loan products and services? As the eLending Solutions Clerk, you will accomplish this by performing outbound welcome calls, emails, or texts following the initial loan funding. In this position you will also assist by maintaining a minimal number of applications in the fund delay queue.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs outbound welcome calls, emails, or texts Notifies dealer of funded loans, and notifies dealer of reasons for fund delay Requests missing documentation or stipulations from dealerships, members, or other sources to remove loan document packets from fund delay status Building trusting relationships with members and third-party partners by delivering on our core values Must be able to convey information to members and third-party partners in a clear, concise, and compelling way that encourages positive outcomes in every interaction. Receives inbound calls related to lending products, documents, and funding Provide answers, research problems, and resolve discrepancies for members. Maintains a working knowledge of all deposit and lending policy and procedures. Explain all documentation and procedures accurately to members and dealerships. Follows-up as appropriate. Works closely with outside vendors/dealerships Maintain a positive and proactive service spirit in all work. Build positive and professional working relationships with members and dealerships. Promote a cohesive team environment with co-workers. Have the focus, persistence, positive outlook, and discipline to meet the personal demands of role. Set high standards of performance, quality, and accountability for oneself. Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations. Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to continually improve the member/dealership experience. Must be competent, organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and interested in helping offer an exceptional experience Must possess the ability to read and understand oral and written instructions. Requires the ability to effectively communicate with members, dealerships, or employees and to solve day-to-day problems involving several variables in standard situations. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive member and internal information. Available to work extended hours if necessary What you bring to the team:Experience:
Up to three years of similar or related experience.Education:
A high school education or GED.Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and colleagues.Technical Skills:
Knowledge ofBSA/OFAC
compliance, with the ability to assist members with related inquiries.Miscellaneous:
