Qualifications:

Valid RN license in good standing Recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Advanced knowledge of emergency care protocols and life-saving interventions Proficiency in rapid assessment and triage Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assess incoming patients, prioritizing care based on acuity Initiate and manage emergency interventions, including administering medications, starting IVs, and wound care Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families during acute episodes Maintain meticulous and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory standards Actively contribute to quality assurance and safety initiatives within the emergency department
