Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license. Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ER environment. Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly assess, triage, and deliver hands-on care to patients with diverse emergency needs. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to craft and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and document all relevant clinical information promptly and accurately. Provide patient and family education, ensuring clear communication throughout the emergency care process. Uphold safety and infection control protocols to create a secure environment for all. Manage multiple priorities and adapt efficiently to evolving situations within the ER.
