Schedule/Hours:
8-hour day shifts Rotating call after 4:30 pm on weekdays Rotating weekend and holiday on-call requirements No block scheduling This role exposes you to specialized procedures including cardiac, SPECT, bone scans, bleed studies, and gastric emptying, using a single GE scanner. Working in this setting means you'll collaborate with experienced radiologists, operate state-of-the-art equipment, and utilize EMR systems like Radnet and Merge Unity. Occasionally, you may be asked to float to another nearby site, adding even more variety to your daily experiences.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in nuclear medicine imaging Active BLS certification Current California Nuclear Medicine Technologist License (CA NMTL) Familiarity with GE equipment, EMR/PACS (Radnet & Merge Unity) Flexibility to float as needed Comfortable with rotating call and scheduleResponsibilities:
Perform 5-10 imaging studies daily, including specialized nuclear medicine procedures Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Collaborate with lead technologist and in-house radiologists Maintain accurate patient records usingEMR/PACS
systems Wear provided teal scrubs in accordance with dress codeBenefits:
