Job Description

Position Summary The Employee Relations Assistant is responsible for assisting with employee-related administrative tasks, documentation, communication, and record maintenance. This role helps ensure employee records are accurate, trainings are tracked, and communications are organized while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The assistant works under direct supervision, follows established policies and procedures, and escalates concerns or issues to the coordinator as needed. This position plays a key role in supporting smooth employee operations and maintaining an organized and compliant workplace Job Description Helps draft, send, and track employee communications Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace policies, and ethical guidelines. Privacy & Accuracy Conducts Site Visits and Employee Evaluations as Instructed Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data. Ensure sensitive information is shared only within the HR department or with authorized supervisors. Keep thorough, accurate, and up-to-date records of employee interactions and company policies. Submit accurate and validated reports to management as required. Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and compliance regulations. Assist in updating company handbooks and HR procedures as needed. Provide guidance on best practices for workplace compliance and policy adherence. Assists with employee training, orientation, and development Follows established procedures and escalates issues to coordinator Supports the coordinator by assisting with administrative and employee-related tasks Supports documentation and communication related to conflicts Assists with responding to employee inquiries as directed Assists with scheduling, materials, and tracking attendance Assists with filing, data entry, and record organization Ensures and enforce that company policies are being adhered to and (e.i. Employee handbook, attendance policy, etc.) Supports policy updates and distributes materials Follows compliance procedures and flags concerns Assists with engagement activities and coordination Conducts Interviews and Maintains/Updates Scoring System Works under direct supervision of Support Coordinator Adapts tasks as assigned Accountable for task completion and accuracy Policy Implementation & Compliance Other duties as assigned
