What You'll Be Doing Improve productivity by conducting time studies and ensuring our labor standards reflect the real work being done on the shop floor. Partner directly with operators and engineers to identify process gaps , inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Enhance our data integrity by making sure production documentation , including routings and Bills of Material (BOMs), is accurate and up-to-date. Contribute to our problem-solving culture by supporting root cause analysis and helping to document effective corrective actions. Turn your observations into action by analyzing and presenting clear data that drives our continuous improvement initiatives forward. What We're Looking For Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering , Engineering Technology, or a related technical field. A foundational understanding of manufacturing concepts like standard work, cycle time, and process flow , gained through coursework or hands-on projects. The ability to accurately collect, organize, and analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel . Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the confidence to collaborate with everyone from production operators to engineers.
