OVERVIEW/FUNCTION

This is a leadership role that affects every aspect of Ryan Herco Flow Solution's EMI business. This position recruits, develops, trains, and supervises engineering talent to develop, design, and engineer marketable products that meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. This position provides technical direction for EMI-design products as well as manufacturing and business practices. The ideal candidate has broad experience in mechanical, electrical, controls, process automation, and process engineering as it relates to fluid systems for industrial, semiconductor, biomedical, and chemical processing applications.

EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Engineering degree from a reputable engineering school (preferably ABET accredited) in the fields of electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering. Previous experience as an engineering manager or supervisor. Project/resource planning/management experience Demonstrated and consistent sound engineering judgement in the design of components, electrical/mechanical/fluidic assemblies, and complex systems Experience writing and negotiating product/system specifications and requirements with customers Experience developing internal procedures Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
