Job Description
Job Description Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Airframe MRB Engineer to join our Engineering department based in Mobile, AL. The A320 Family MAP Structures Design Engineer is a highly technical, operational role responsible for the development, justification, and engineering approval of design solutions related to aircraft primary and secondary structure non-conformities. Operating directly within the fast-paced environment of the Final Assembly Line (FAL), flight line, and delivery center, the jobholder acts as a critical functional interface on the shop floor between local manufacturing operations and the transnational Airbus Design Offices and Chief Engineering networks. The core mission of this role is to deliver immediate, high-quality, and structurally sound engineering design solutions to keep production moving without compromising aircraft safety or continued airworthiness. The scope of accountability covers metallic and composite airframe structures across all relevant ATA chapters, ensuring that shop floor deviations, damages, and concessions are permanently resolved or mitigated according to strict design principles.
