- As a Systems Engineer
- within the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance (CN&S) organization, you will support the design, development, implementation, and advancement of Honeywell's Next-Generation of Aircraft Weather Radar and related Integrated Avionics technologies.
Aircraft Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Flight Operations, ensuring seamless integration of our weather radar systems into our Flight Test aircrafts focusing on software versions and performance parameter configurations. +Flight Test Execution:
Design and support the execution of flight test plans to validate the performance and functionality of our weather radar systems under real-world scenarios. + Analyze flight data to identify potential performance issues and ensure that all system requirements are met prior to certification. + Utilize MATLAB-based simulation tools + Work with cross-functional teams consisting of systems, software, hardware and test engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions + Support system-level analysis and optimization + Model-Based Systems Design and Development (MSBE) + Author high-level systems requirements in DOORs + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems + Systems integration, validation, & verification + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesYOU MUST HAVE
- + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics +
