Avionics System Engineer Location:

1 Year ( and may be renewed further) Job Description - 10+ Years of Experience in Aerospace Domain covering following System design and development: system requirement and architecture updates including bus signal reviews, configuration updates, and wiring changes Partner with pilots and system owners (avionics, flight controls, electrical) to capture system needs in avionics and displays Ensure that the Avionics system complies with relevant aviation standards (ARP 4754A, ARP 4761) and regulations (Part 25, Issue papers, etc.) Perform supplier oversight during procurement and development phases Oversee the system integration of the Avionics system and integration within the aircraft with the other systems Conduct rigorous testing and validation to verify system performance Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and guidance Flight Control engineering and testing experience will be highly preferred Must be able to demonstrate system functioning to the stakeholders in

Lab Environment Profile:

Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the V-model lifecycle, and good cross-functional versatility Experience with avionics integration on Part 25 aircraft Experience with supplier oversight Ability to analyze technical data, troubleshoot test failures, and drive root-cause investigations, and document results clearly Direct experience with airplane development programs especially experimental designs Background in test planning and execution Nice to have : Familiarity with digital thread approaches (CAD/FEA/PLM)
