In this role, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes, provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure products meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and successful program execution from order receipt through final shipment. What You'll Be Doing as a Process Engineer As a Process Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between engineering design and manufacturing execution. You will be responsible for developing efficient manufacturing methods, supporting production teams, and ensuring products are built in accordance with customer specifications and aerospace quality standards.
You will:
Develop and document manufacturing processes based on customer drawings, specifications, and blueprint requirements. Translate engineering requirements into detailed manufacturing instructions and production documentation. Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during product development and production activities. Manage products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from purchase order receipt through final shipment. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. Support product and process updates to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
