Position Summary We are seeking an experienced MRB Engineer to support commercial aircraft production by evaluating nonconforming hardware and developing engineering repair dispositions in accordance with Boeing engineering, quality, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft programs as an MRB Engineer, Liaison Engineer, Production Support Engineer, or Stress Engineer or other commercial aircraft in a similar capacity. Candidates with current or previous Boeing MRB Delegation (Stamping Authority) are highly preferred; however, engineers who have developed repair dispositions and engineering instructions for approval by a delegated Boeing MRB Engineer are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for professionals who have demonstrated technical expertise, a collaborative approach to solving production issues, and a stable history of supporting complex aerospace manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Evaluate nonconforming aircraft parts, assemblies, and installations in support of production. Develop engineering repair dispositions and rework instructions for structural and manufacturing nonconformances. Prepare technical repair documentation for review and approval by a delegated Boeing MRB Engineer when required. If delegated, review and approve MRB dispositions in accordance with Boeing engineering requirements and procedures. Determine appropriate dispositions including Use As Is, Repair, Rework, and other approved corrective actions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent aerospace engineering experience). Minimum 5 years of aerospace engineering experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft or other commercial aircraft programs would be acceptable. Preferred Qualifications Current or previous Boeing MRB Delegation (Stamping Authority). Experience preparing repair dispositions for review and approval by a delegated Boeing MRB Engineer. Boeing 737 program experience is strongly preferred.
