Job Description This Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for: Leading and directing manufacturing process development and continuous improvement activities. Developing, implementing, and maintaining work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing specifications. Designing and improving tooling, fixtures, and production methods for high-reliability aerospace hardware. Providing technical guidance and training to production teams and supervisors.

Collaborating with engineering, quality, supply chain, testing, and program management teams. Implementing statistical process controls and driving product quality improvements. Planning manufacturing process activities to align with production schedules and operational needs. Evaluating, selecting, and ordering tooling, materials, and equipment to support operations. The Successful Applicant A Successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally within aerospace, defense, or space industries. Experience supporting propulsion, flight hardware, or other high-reliability products. Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing best practices. Experience with CAD tools and MES platforms. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight. Cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with thermal/vacuum systems, optical alignment, or spaceflight hardware preferred.
