The organization is built around engineering excellence and is committed to delivering highly reliable products that perform in the demanding conditions of space Job Description The Senior Test Engineer will report into the Electrical Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Develop comprehensive test plans, verification strategies, and validation documentation. Create and maintain detailed test procedures for a variety of aerospace hardware evaluations. Support environmental, vacuum, qualification, acceptance, and research & development testing activities. Operate test equipment and collect, analyze, and document performance data. Support troubleshooting and failure analysis efforts. Assist with test station setup, calibration, maintenance, and equipment procurement. Generate technical reports, quality documentation, and test summaries. Ensure testing activities are conducted safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience in a test engineering or similar technical role. Experience conducting qualification or acceptance testing of hardware products. Strong background working with laboratory instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, signal generators, and temperature measurement devices. Experience developing technical procedures and documentation. Knowledge of environmental testing methodologies and best practices. Experience handling ESD-sensitive hardware. Familiarity with vibration, shock, thermal, radiation, and humidity testing. Experience working within military, aerospace, or other high-reliability industries. Knowledge of high-voltage equipment and automated test systems. Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, AutoCAD, Altium, or SolidWorks.
