Job Description Reporting directly into the Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including verification and validation frameworks Design and write detailed test procedures for a range of engineering applications Perform and oversee complex testing in laboratory and specialized environments, including vacuum and environmental conditions Operate test equipment and systems, capturing and analyzing performance data Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis during testing phases Build, maintain, and calibrate test setups and equipment Produce thorough documentation, including test reports, procedures, and quality records Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testing aligns with product development timelines and requirements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
