Responsibilities Lead and manage the shift, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Support servers and staff during service (running food, taking tables, helping guests) Set the tone for hospitality by ensuring every guest has a great experience Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and drawer counts Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching and support Help train new team members and reinforce company standards Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines are followed Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any issues Requirements Previous restaurant experience required; leadership experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Comfortable handling guest issues and making decisions on the floor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays What Makes This Role Different This isn't just a step above serving — it's your chance to own the shift , develop leadership skills, and play a key role in the success of the restaurant while still being part of the fun and energy on the floor.
