Job Description

SOLVERE is seeking a Flight Test Engineer that will serve as the primary engineering counterpart to the Flight Test Pilot. This role is responsible for the rigorous technical planning, airborne data acquisition, and post-flight engineering analysis aspects of the test program.
Responsibilities:
Draft detailed ground and flight test plans, instrumentation plans, and test cards that trace directly back to system capability requirements. Operate complex Data Acquisition Systems (DAS), telemetry, and test instrumentation hardware in-flight to capture critical aircraft parameters. Perform post-flight data reduction, statistical analysis, and engineering evaluation of flight test data. Author comprehensive, formal technical test reports detailing test methodologies, findings, system deficiencies, and airworthiness recommendations. Represent APAC test and evaluation interests at Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Preliminary/Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), and Safety Review Boards (SRB).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical field. 2 years' experience in technical field. One (1) year experience with planning and conducting tests.
