Job Description Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and documentation Support PMP requirements and ensure adherence to customer quality flow downs Deliver training programs and materials related to quality processes Monitor and drive continuous improvement of systems and operational processes Ensure supplier/vendor compliance with internal quality standards Analyze quality data and provide recommendations to maintain and enhance standards Perform inspections using various tools and equipment to verify product conformance Take ownership of quality initiatives while working independently MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
