Job Description On-site Your Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to Perform and certify maintenance work in line with Type Rating (ATA Spec. 104 Level Ensure all tasks follow valid technical documentation, Iqmove updates, and EASA regulations Supervise MCM/MM-Int/MM2 technicians and manage maintenance operations per EASA standards Deputize for the Technical Manager during shifts, making urgent operational decisions Oversee station technical operations and coordinate with internal teams, crews, and external partners Manage flight handling to ensure safety, punctuality, and service quality Lead, instruct, and support team members, including onboarding and coaching Support budget planning and cost control with regional management • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors What We Are Looking For To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements: A-level education with several years of relevant experience EASA Part 66 B1.1/B2 (Level 3) with theoretical & practical training Passed EASA Part 145 Assessment and Part 66/145 MCT exams Strong business, IT, and basic accounting knowledge Fluent English required; German desirable Structured, independent working style; high sense of responsibility Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills Ability to instruct, motivate, and manage personnel Resilient; able to work under physical and mental pressure Valid driver's license and passport; legal U.S. work permit Willingness to work shifts • CV/Resume required • Company may provide relocation assistance This position is offered by the company.
