You will drive system architecture, requirements, and integration for advanced air, land, and naval products, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Partnering with cross-functional global teams, you will lead trade studies, MBSE activities, and verification strategies while mentoring engineers. Responsibilities Lead system architecture, requirements definition, and allocation for complex defense and manufacturing programs. Own systems integration, verification, and validation planning and execution across the product lifecycle. Conduct technical trade studies, modeling, and risk management to optimize performance, cost, and schedule. Apply MBSE practices and tools to develop and manage system models and interfaces. Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and defense/aerospace standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams including hardware, software, manufacturing, and program management. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and review of engineering work products. Support proposals, technical reviews, and customer/partner engagements with clear technical communication.
