About Our Client Our client is a forward‑thinking CNC machining manufacturer focused on precision parts for the Aerospace industry. They design and machine complex components where accuracy, consistency, and reliability matter every single time Job Description This is a hands‑on Quality Engineer role within an aerospace manufacturing environment. You own product quality from first article through to final inspection, working closely with engineering, production, and customers to make sure every part meets spec, every time. What you'll do Lead quality planning for new and existing aerospace parts Drive FAI, PPAP, and control plans Investigate non‑conformances and lead root cause and corrective actions Support AS9100 compliance and customer audits Review drawings, specs, and customer requirements Work with manufacturing to improve processes and reduce scrap Use data to track trends and prevent repeat issues What you bring Experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace manufacturing Strong understanding of AS9100 and aerospace quality standards Hands‑on experience with FAI, PPAP, and corrective actions Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings A practical mindset, you fix problems, not just report them Clear communication and confidence working with customers and auditors MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
