is a leading, global provider of aerospace/aviation test equipment for civil and military applications. Founded in 1946 in Austria, the third-generation family business has grown into an international operation with over 700 employees at 13 locations worldwide. Our U.S. site in Brecksville, Ohio —established in 2017 as our second global equipment production facility—currently houses a team of about 30 highly skilled professionals. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Project Engineer who will play a key role in managing projects for our innovative solutions in aviation testing.. Responsibilities Manage customer requirements and sales input to create the customer and internal expected solution Planning time and resources and lead projects closely with the Lead Engineer and technical specialists Responsible for whole project result from concept to final approval with the customers Focus on customer communication with take responsibility to have well prepared PDR, CDR, V&V and customer approval Reporting directly to the Managing Director Qualifications Degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Good experience in managing technical projects, ideally within similar products Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage Proven ability to lead teams and strong prioritization skills Skilled in building agreements and maintaining excellent customer relationships Additional languages, especially German can be an advantage Highly motivated, self‑driven, and comfortable working hands‑on with real hardware and equipment Benefits Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance Life and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid time off and holidays and flexible working hours 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive initial training at Austrian headquarters, ongoing training and professional development opportunities
