Shifts:

1st Shift (6:30 AM start) / 2nd Shift (2 PM start) Key Responsibilities Provide single-threaded technical leadership and MRB authority oversight across the delivery team. Hold existing MRB authority and sign off on complex non-conformance dispositions. Manage authority progression for Group A engineers using defined readiness checkpoints. Own MRB execution cadence, prioritization, and throughput performance. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex dispositions. Coordinate with stakeholders on decision quality and governance. Ensure disposition quality and compliance with engineering standards. Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the MRB workflow. Qualifications B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or ME/EE/Aero/Civil) required. 5-10+ years of engineering experience in aerospace and/or complex manufacturing. Existing or prior MRB authority strongly required. Prior Boeing MRB experience strongly preferred. Expertise in materials, failure analysis, composites, fatigue, fracture mechanics. Proven leadership of engineering teams in a production environment. U.S. Person (ITAR/EAR); able to complete PI training. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay:

$88.00 - $105.00 per hour
