We're seeking a Flight Test Data Engineer to support UAS flight testing efforts, analyze mission data, and drive performance insights across advanced aerospace platforms. Responsibilities Design, execute, and evaluate UAS/UAV flight test events Analyze telemetry, flight logs, and engineering data to assess system performance Develop scripts and tools to visualize and process test data Partner with flight operations and engineering teams to investigate anomalies and improve system capabilities Generate after-action reports, dashboards, and technical presentations to communicate findings Support verification, validation, and performance assessment activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related discipline 3+ years of flight test, aerospace, autonomous systems, or related engineering experience Experience supporting flight test programs and analyzing engineering data Proficiency with Python and/or C++ Experience working with telemetry, logging, or sensor data Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience working in Linux environments Preferred Qualifications UAS/UAV experience Data visualization experience ROS/ROS2, PX4, ArduPilot, or MAVLink experience Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools Active security clearance Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
