Job Description

Position Overview Weaver Environmental Partners is seeking a Senior Professional Engineer (PE) with an agricultural or environmental engineering background to independently lead stormwater, NPDES, and agricultural BMP design projects. This role is fully remote with occasional regional field work. Key Responsibilities Independently design and stamp stormwater and NPDES projects Lead engineering design for agricultural BMPs and conservation practices Prepare plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates Perform site visits, inspections, surveys, and test pits as needed Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and regulatory partners Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license (required) Bachelor's degree in Agricultural, Environmental, or Civil Engineering Experience with stormwater management and NPDES permitting Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$120,000 - $155,000, based on experience, licensure, and scope. Bonus opportunities, profit sharing, PTO, paid holidays, retirement match, health insurance stipend, and professional reimbursement provided per WEP handbook. How to

Note:
Field work is regionally focused and projects are generally within a reasonable driving distance for day trips.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
