• Ongoing Safety Training & Education What You'll Do As a CTS Energy Marshal, you'll:
• Oversee safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.
• Oversee and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for all energy sources, ensuring zero-energy states before work execution.
• Monitor adherence to OSHA standards, NFPA 70E, and internal safety policies; conduct audits, inspections, and safety meetings.
• Provide ongoing LOTO and electrical safety training to site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all workers are qualified and equipped with proper PPE.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform tests on electrical systems.
• Follow all local codes and safety manuals.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have 10+ years of Energy Marshal experience.
• 10+ years of experience with MEP systems, and a strong background in managing hazardous energy in large, complex construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
• NFPA 70e Certification.

NFPA CESCP

Certification a plus.

• Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
• Data Center experience a plus. . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
