Role:

As a Director of Energy , you will be responsible for: Develop and execute enterprise energy strategy, procurement, and risk management. Lead and develop Energy Management team and standardize best practices. Oversee sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and commodity strategies. Provide market intelligence, budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction, and executive reporting. Support capital projects, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and infrastructure initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, EH&S, and Supply Chain. Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, sustainability, and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Energy Management, or related field. 10-15 years of industrial energy procurement/management experience with 5+ years leading teams. Expertise in energy markets, strategic sourcing, commodity risk, contract negotiation, and financial planning. Strong executive communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

MBA/CEM and heavy manufacturing or construction materials experience.
