• Full-time

• $150,000-$250,000 OTE Company Overview Bold Energy is a residential solar company operating across 31 states. We design, permit, install, and energize solar and storage systems for homeowners, and we grow through a dealer network we support well — fast funding, clean economics, and our own technology built in-house by Bamboo Tech. Job Summary We are hiring a Director of Dealer Relations to recruit and support the dealers who sell for Bold Energy. You will run outbound outreach to prospective dealers, convert the inbound leads our marketing generates, pitch Bold on Zoom, onboard the partners who sign, and stay close to them as they build their pipeline. This is a phone-and-Zoom role. Most of your day is spent pitching, following up, and building relationships with dealer principals and their sales teams. If you know residential solar and you like being the person a partner calls, this is a strong seat. What You'll Do Run outbound outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn — to dealers and sales organizations in our target markets. Work and convert inbound dealer leads generated by the company. Pitch Bold Energy on

Zoom:

our redline pricing, funding speed, financing and TPO options, warranty, and technology. Onboard new dealers — paperwork, credentialing, tool access, and training — and get them to their first funded deal quickly. Stay on top of each dealer's pipeline, unblock stalled deals, and keep production moving. Be the day-to-day relationship for your partners and the first call when something goes wrong. Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM, and report on dealer production weekly. Requirements 4+ years in residential solar — sales, dealer/channel, or partner-facing. Hands-on experience with solar quoting and proposal tools (Aurora, OpenSolar, Solo, or similar). Working knowledge of the major solar financiers and how loan, lease, and PPA products differ — GoodLeap, Mosaic, EverBright, LightReach, and the like. Comfortable with price-per-watt math, dealer fees, and adders in a live conversation. Strong phone and Zoom presence — this role lives on both. Self-directed with outbound activity; you don't need a manager to fill your calendar. Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Compensation $150,000-$250,000 on-target earnings — $60,000 base salary with an uncapped commission structure Commission is paid on the volume your dealers produce, so your earnings compound as your network matures rather than resetting every month. Top performance is not capped. Health coverage, paid time off, and a direct line to the CEO. How to Apply Send your resume and a short note on a dealer or sales partner you personally brought on and what they produced. That note tells us more than the resume does. Bold Energy is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to any characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
