Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to support our team in the development and management of physical test methods and engineering projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Our team plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions and technical documentation across a variety of impactful initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers to develop, edit, and run automated experimental protocols, ensuring project objectives are met. Assist with equipment and method validation, equipment characterization protocols, and perform Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility studies. Support the development, transfer, and execution of processes on integrated platforms and equipment, managing and automating test data. Network with internal manufacturing and quality organizations to ensure all activities are performed to industry-leading scientific standards and accurately documented per SOPs.
Required:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biomedical industry (Master's degree acceptable). Experience working in a regulated industry with exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Proficiency in statistical analysis and Gauge R&R, with hands-on experience using optical measurement devices and basic working knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks for simple designs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write technical documents and communicate project status and risks to leadership.
