Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Maintain guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and assist guests efficiently Previous experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Passion for the food industry with a desire to deliver memorable guest experiences Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit special.
