Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; regularly summarizes and communicates the results of work efforts to team members, customers, and management in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-based work environment that requires strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with quick deadlines. Bachelor's in engineering or related field. Master's preferred.
