Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our client's team in Minnesota for a 36-day assignment beginning Aug 24, 2026. This role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence-based dental care, diagnosing and developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients on oral health, and collaborating with a supportive team. You will be responsible for a mix of hygiene exams and operative patients, fostering lasting patient relationships and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence. Responsibilities and Duties Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach. Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health and treatment options. Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities served. Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Manage a diverse caseload, including oral surgery and endodontics if proficient, or focus on general restorative dentistry. Perform approximately 16 hygiene exams and treat 8-10 operative patients per shift.

Implant placement and bone grafting are not required for this role.
