This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation in accordance with regulatory, manufacturer, and organizational standards.
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Minimum Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of experience in clinical engineering, biomedical equipment support, laboratory equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience. Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) required. Proficient computer skills for documentation, communication, and work order management. WORK ENVIRONMENT and
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull tools, equipment, and materials up to and occasionally exceeding 50 lbs. Ability to work in clinical, laboratory, cleanroom, and equipment support areas. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow cleanroom and infection control requirements. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. LICENSES and
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet driver insurability standards as established by the organization's insurer. Participate in on-call coverage as required; Technician I participation is limited and contingent upon training completion, demonstrated competency, and staffing needs.
