$22-$27 per hour Birmingham, AL Contract
  • Duration:
    12 Months
  • Job Description:
  • + The Drafter 2 position requires 2-5 years of drafting experience. + An associate's degree in drafting and design is preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
  • + Job responsibilities include CAD drafting of transmission line centerline right-of-way, boundary, topographic, and land tie surveys.
+ This position will be responsible for interpreting and writing "metes and bounds" or "centerline" descriptions for assigned projects. + This position will support the survey field crews and office personnel by, but not limited to, researching existing survey and real estate records, contacting local and state agencies for right-of-way information, and transmitting completed projects.
