WHO ARE WE?
Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG), is a leader in the growing automotive aftermarket industry . When you join HPAG, you'll have a unique opportunity to be a part of our exciting and rapidly growing, multi-brand organization. Our brands include Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, Flatline Van Co, Rago Fabrication and C4. We support a collaborative environment and value open participation from individuals with different ideas, experiences, and perspectives. Are you ready to be part of our future? Ever stare at a Raptor, Bronco, or Ram TRX and thought, "I could make that look even better" ? So do we — every single day. HPAG builds premium, made-in-America bumpers and accessories that flow with a vehicle's bodylines, deliver aggressive styling, and keep every OEM function intact. From the Bronco Bomber to the Raptor Stealth Fighter, our products live on some of the toughest trucks on the trail — and it all starts in CAD. We're looking for a CAD Designer to turn bold ideas into manufacturable reality at our Chandler, Arizona facility. Why You'll Love This Role You'll own the R D design process end-to-end — creating, refining, and improving products built for the off-road community. Your designs won't sit on a shelf. They get laser-cut, bent, welded, and bolted onto real trucks. You'll work hands-on with the Brand Management team that takes parts from screen to physical reality. Made in the USA, built for the elite — you'll be part of a team obsessed with the details that matter. What You'll Do Create CAD models in SolidWorks daily — from templates, physical parts, or your own designs. Build complex 3D sheet metal and tubular assemblies ready for manufacturing. Process 3D scans and create scanned mesh models of vehicle data to drive new product development. Partner with the prototype engineering team to move new products into automation and production. Take open instructions on part and assembly revisions and run with them. What You Bring - Position Requirements Strong SolidWorks skills — you can manage complex assemblies and create sheet metal and tubular parts with confidence. 2 years - Experience designing similar automotive or aerospace products Experience with tooling and fixtures, and the know-how to bring a 3D model into physical reality. A creative mindset paired with the discipline to translate ideas into clean, manufacturable assemblies. Self-motivated and assertive, comfortable in a fast-paced shop where priorities shift quickly. A team-first attitude — you put the success of the team above your own interests. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Pay & Benefits Starting at $27.00 per hour with advancement depending on experience Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid time off. Employee discount on the gear you'll help create. Employee referral program. Schedule & Location Full-time, 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday. On-site at our Chandler, AZ facility. A Few Things to Know We are a drug-free workplace. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Ready to design parts that turn heads on and off the trail? Apply today. It is the policy of Horsepower Automotive Group, and its affiliated companies to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, citizenship status (if authorized to work in the U.S.), or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.Career Insights for CAD Designer / Drafter
