Job Description

Engineering Alliance, Inc. is seeking a CAD Drafter with experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to join our Mesa, Arizona office. The successful candidate will support engineers and designers in the preparation of civil engineering plans and construction documents while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure project goals, schedules, and quality standards are achieved. Assist in maintaining project scope, schedules, and deadlines. Incorporate design revisions and manage drafting changes throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with field data collection, evaluation, and incorporation into project drawings. Prepare and update base maps, plan and profile drawings, and utility layouts for water, sewer, gas, and other infrastructure projects. Produce accurate construction plans and supporting documentation. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines. Maintain organized project files and drafting standards. Perform assignments independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a project team.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with civil engineering projects is preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay:
$38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
