From 3D scan to finished product, you'll own the design process and see your work installed on real vehicles across the country. Here at HPAG we build premium, made-in-America bumpers and accessories that flow with a vehicle's bodylines, deliver aggressive styling, and keep every OEM function intact. From the Bronco Bomber to the Raptor Stealth Fighter, our products live on some of the toughest trucks on the trail — and it all starts in CAD. We're looking for a CAD Designer Lead to turn bold ideas into manufacturable reality at our Chandler, Arizona facility. This role is focused on designing a quality product with great aesthetic look and style combined with enough structure to last for a lifetime once installed. Why You'll Love This Role You'll own the R D design process end-to-end — creating, refining, and improving products built for the off-road community. Your designs won't sit on a shelf. They get laser-cut, bent, welded, and bolted onto real trucks. You'll work hands-on with a prototype engineering team that takes parts from screen to physical reality. Made in the USA, built for the elite — you'll be part of a team obsessed with the details that matter. What You'll Do Create CAD models in SolidWorks daily — from templates, physical parts, or your own designs. Build complex 3D sheet metal and tubular assemblies ready for manufacturing. Process 3D scans and create scanned mesh models of vehicle data to drive new product development. Partner with the prototype engineering team to move new products into automation and production. Take open instructions on part and assembly revisions and run with them. What You Bring - Position Requirements Must Have SolidWorks experience Sheet metal and welded assemblies design experience Manufacturing drawing experience 3+ years CAD design experience Nice to Have Automotive aftermarket experience 3D scanning experience GD&T Fixture design Off-road enthusiast Pay & Benefits Pay is Dependent on Experience Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
