We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our team and assist with the preparation of customer submittal drawings. This is a full-time, on-site position. Schedule Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities Interpret customer sketches, architectural drawings, and sales proposal specifications and translate them into accurate AutoCAD drawings. Prepare customer submittal drawings for walk-in cooler and freezer projects. Review project plans and specifications to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with sales and project management teams to clarify project requirements. Revise drawings based on customer, contractor, architect, or internal review comments. Maintain drawing files and project documentation in an organized manner. Follow company drafting standards and established drawing procedures. Qualifications Proficient in AutoCAD 2010 or newer. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience with drafting, construction documents, or architectural plans preferred. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Drafting certificate, technical training, or related coursework preferred. Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience required. Experience preparing construction, architectural, or shop drawings preferred. Compensation $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits 401(k)
