The position offered is CAD designer in our Design & Technical services department. Ideal candidates will be familiar with AutoCAD (minimum of 2-yr on 2013 or better) in an architectural or construction related context. Construction knowledge, ability to read plans fluently, and Architectural engineering experience is a plus. Must have good organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Candidates should also be career oriented, intellectually curious, ambitious and self-motivated. A high level of computer literacy (PC platform) with Microsoft Office skills is essential. Professionalism in communication skills is a key requirement. Candidates must be already located in the Santa Cruz County Area. Warmboard Inc. will not relocate candidates. Compensation negotiable (includes: salary and health benefit package).
