We are looking for a dedicated, full-time CAD Designer who shares our obsession with detail and safety. The applicant will be the architectural heart of our operations, turning conceptual safety needs into the blueprints that our field teams use to save lives and property. The Role As our CAD Designer, the applicant will work closely with our engineering team to transform technical requirements into comprehensive visual guides.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Plans:

Develop full-scale, accurate construction plans for autonomous fire suppression layouts across diverse commercial and industrial environments.

Detail Drafting:

Generate intricate construction plan details to ensure every bracket, sensor, and nozzle is placed exactly where it needs to be. 3

D Modeling:

Create high-fidelity 3D mockups of equipment set manifolds, allowing our team and clients to visualize the mechanical integration of our systems before a single pipe is cut.

Material & Parts Lists:

Produce exhaustive Bill of Materials (BOM) and parts lists to ensure procurement and field teams have 100% accuracy on every job site.

Revision Management:

Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Admin or field technicians to ensure "as-built" reality matches our high standards. The Applicant's Profile We aren't just looking for someone who can navigate software; we're looking for a designer who understands the gravity of our industry.

Technical Proficiency:

Mastery of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks preferred). Experience with 3D modeling in Sketch Up or equivalent will be needed.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with fire protection codes, mechanical drafting, or fluid dynamics is a significant plus.

Analytical Mindset:

The ability to translate complex mechanical requirements into logical, easy-to-read construction documents.
