Responsible for using established company CAD standards and estimate/proposal documentation for MEP ( Mechanical duct work and piping, Plumbing Piping) system drawings. As a CAD Designer you will work closely with Estimators in establishing estimate/proposal intent. Responsibilities include layout of equipment and piping drawings. Will work with Project Managers and field staff interpreting the install, and using redlined field drawings to produce clear, accurate as-built records. The Designer will utilize system knowledge, design tools and available resources to assist in system design tasks as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must know Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Tremble CAD. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to manage multiple projects and timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and implement multiple jobs allowing for the successful completion of each project by a specific due date. Strong "team player" with the ability to utilize resources to help complete projects in a timely manner. Ability to react professionally to unexpected changes.
