Established Land Surveying, Land Use Planning, & Civil Engineering firm is seeking a CAD Technician / Survey Drafter at our Hebron, CT office. An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 1 year AutoCAD drafting experience minimum. (required)
• Attention to detail. Well-organized. Punctual.
• Strong understanding of basic Mathematics & Geometry.
• Strong Concept of Spatial Perception.
• Willingness to adapt & balance multiple projects + meet deadlines.
• Ability to carefully review work and check for errors etc.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience using Carlson Survey Software / SurvCE (preferred but not required).
• Experience / knowledge in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Applications. (preferred)
• Property Surveys
• As-Builts
• Easement Maps
